We booked the double room that was modern. An individual safe, climate control, and a kettle were important for us. Location right in the heart of the city was a plus. And the area was fairly quiet, really close to main square and university, all the sightseeings, markets, restaurants, and Turku Castle and supermarkets...

All good.

What a disappointment. I expected way more from such an expensive hotel. And must we talk about the uncomfortable pillows, why have so many if they're not comfy? As a valued guest, i more than deserved a room upgrade for my troubles, yet here i am, just another face in the crowd.

The breakfast spread was a true feast! With plenty of delicious options to fuel my day, it was one of the highlights of my stay. Especially the kind waitress who surprised me with a sleeping mask after our chat about the never-ending summer nights. My room wassuper clean and cozy, a perfect cozy nest after a day exploring Turku.

The venue was good quality and well-maintained, I liked the stay and the location was excellent close to a nice, pub like restaurant for drinks & food, and the market place.

The toilet paper wasn't high quality, bed wasn't as good as own.

The bathroom design lacks privacy due to a sliding door that leaves a noticeable gap. The room feels cramped with luggage requiring stowing under the desk, and one side of the bed doesn't have a nightstand. The coffee machine consistently dribbles water.

This hotel is accessible to the amenities and the university and having a WIFI- free-internet service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our outstanding rooms in this place.

Location: the hotel was next to a nice, pub like restaurant for drinks & food as well as the river and all the restaurants. We had a nice breakfast: D

Stuffs were very helpful and professional. The room was a bit small, furnitures were bit worn out, but it was very clean. Breakfast was nice. I especially love there were fresh berries. The hotel is located just a few blocks from the central market square, but it was very quiet. My stay was very comfortable. They offered you two different types of pillows and I fell in love with the largeer one. I could sleep very comfortably.

You have to take a taxi from the bus stop from Helsinki, but it costs 10euros even midnight. If they have a small work desk in a room, it was great.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities like air conditioning, minibar, and a tea/coffee maker. Free toiletries, shampoo, and body soap were provided, and there were also comfy bathrobes and slippers. The fitness center and sauna were great additions. Breakfast was amazing with a good variety.

Close to the main architectural buildings of the center of Turku

It is impossible to get into the toilet if you are in a wheelchair. You have a specialized toilet on the 1st floor though.
